I am taking off my stock wheels from the Mondial T coupe, they are in perfect condition with relatively new tires (Exocet). I need them gone so 1st $600 takes them (plus shipping), or pick up in SC/GA area.

TEASER TEASER! Good job. I'm just encouraged someone had $600 and spent it instantly; the economy isn't dead yet! So, what are you putting on your car in place of the originals?

I am envious, he was able to get the purchase through his wife so quickly.

I have a set of originals with my 89 Mondial t....have always been told to keep them so the car would have all the original bits. Its a nice car, 19K miles...for sale in F-Ads so I can move up to 348 SS, or 355.

    http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/vbclassified.php?do=ad&id=76

Should I try to sell them for $800 - $1000? or keep with the car to maintain originality. I don't think having them or not will affect the value...just is it a nice thing to do for the next owner. Right now they are dismounted and up in storage.

Can't comment on the "keep or sell" decision (but it should be a $-adder if you include them in the sale of the car IMO), but, if you do decide to sell, you'd be insane IMO to not ask at least $1000 (the same price as the Superformance Mondial reproductions -- and those would all be 7" wide, not the more desirable 7" front and 8" rear like yours).

Scale -- you needlessly left some $ behind ;)

    Thanks Steve...

But Geez, how do you add $1000 to a car that is only worth low $30K's per the "experts" out there. :) LOL

PM if interested before I put on F-Ads.

The old tires are removed, due to flat spots from storage. I believe they are universal.

I just checked some of the old photos, and if I can read them correctly, the tires that were on them were Dunlop SP Sport 4000s

    7" front: 205 55 R16's

    8" rear: 225 55 R16's

(can't quite make out the center number on the front, but think thats correct).

Other Mondial t owners chime in.
