    is it possible to change the timing belt on a mondial 3,4t with the motor still in

    From everything I have read here, the answer is no. Apparently doable on the 3.2.

    Anything is possible. The cabriolet is rumored to even have an access panel behind the rear seats... But the correct & proper way to do this is remove the engine. Short cuts will not benefit a Ferrari.

    That would be a royal PITA to try that motor in. BTW, it's one long sepertine belt

    YES its possible, and quite easy. i have done it myself. Just drop the tank, two water lines and you will have access to the belt. In 1 hour you are working on the belt. mine its a Mondial T 1991.
    If you need to change or service water pump, a bit more work but feasible.

    So the answer to your question It a big YES¡¡¡¡
