Sorry if posted elsewhere. I caught this commercial for Revlon the other night on TV: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtnyeAjewkY The interior of the car shown at about 6 or 7 seconds looks suspiciously Mondial-like to me. What do you guys think? If it is it's kind of strange since that's the only image of the car that is shown in the commercial. Seems like a lot of trouble to obtain a 20+ year old Ferrari for a commercial just to show a split second shot of the interior that the average person would have no idea belonged to a Ferrari...
I spot a Mondial cabriolet door handle indeed! Too bad they don't show the car a little bit more. Kind regards, Nuno.
We all see the Mondial and that is what counts. Revlon is selling beauty at a reasonably approachable price point. Perhaps this is their point using the Mondial. How about the super clean stitching on the passenger seat bolster. That car has obviously never had any kids riding in the back! Perhaps the owners in on Ferrarichat and can share? I'd be cool with my car in a commercial like that.
Very weird or very subtle ad. Almost no one who views this add will have ever seen Mondial stitching or door pull. I have to suspect weird co-incidence. That is, putting the models into a known Mondial to help provide the acting atmosphere. On the other hand. And I find this less creditable, they hoped we would notice and made it known Ferrari! Still, a very good eye here! And I can tell you from terrifying personal experience some young women loose their senses. I had to stop the Burger King drive through because the babes were lap dancing my hand while making change and handing me my Wopper Jr. The one chick hinted at a $20 tip. Hint Hint. The other one asked me how much they cost 'These Days?' I told her we are sworn to secrecy. Winking her eye she crooned. "Your so baaad!" I could hear in the back ground age estimates. The Mondial took 20 years off my age. Terrifying!
Don't worry so much about age. You can trade youthful "sex appeal" for aging "checks appeal"! Regards. Jerry
100% a Mondial and even 100% sure it is not a T Just look at the seats in your Mondial Image Unavailable, Please Login
Stiching? What stiching? All I can see are beautiful creamy skin, gorgeous lips, wonderful eyes!! Is there anything else in this photo?
Sliding scales on everything! I also have a boat on a beautiful mountain lake. My god. A first date meeting at the marina, walking up the gently rocking floating dock. Burbling off to an isolated island under a warm sun? One hundred percent... Drive to the marina with babe in a Ferrari then do the rest of the peacock strut out to the boat? Frankly, I never had the nerve to to try it.
What first caught my eye was the color scheme, but after that the stitching was a dead giveaway that is was a Ferrari product...plus it helped that I actually used to own a Mondial.
Too bad they didn't show a little bit more car in that ad. If they were pitching that product has something high-end and classy, a Ferrari would be a perfect fit. And for us enthusiasts, it would add imho another great story to our rides! Kind regards, Nuno.
