Sold my 3.2 from 1987 last week in the Netherlands for Euro 32.750 ( 35.100dollars US) with 122.000 Miles and complete service history. Car was very good but no concours standard. Mondials in the US are dead Cheap IMO.
@ decardona and davem; aren’t both you guys 3.2 coupe owners?? And maybe both black? I have a ‘88 black over red coupe. Some great comments on the recent BaT Mondi 3.2 auction
I, too, am black over red. Saudi spec model. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The auction stalled due to the fact that shipping it from NL to USA is currently between USD 8000 en 9000 taxes included with a 10 to 15 weeks waiting time. Plus the fact that an 83 mondial is almost impossible to get on the road in California.. (where BaT is located and has the most bidders). BaT is still an USA focused auction. Only the real high value cars attract European bidders unfortunately.
That is correct. I haven't seen any other Saudi spec cars, of any model, in the US other than this one.
there is a Saudi spec 456 now in the US; but other than that it is def not something one often sees. I have Billh’s old car. Like you and davem I have a black mondi 3.2 COUPE(!!). A 1988 black over red to be more specific. temple
Yup; that’s the one. You maybe right, I kno it came out of Saudi Arabia but maybe (originally) Jap spec.

Bargain non-op Mondial 8 just surfaced in my state. Looks baked but original. Craigslist ad Image Unavailable, Please Login
I'm thinking that it was most likely a dealer. Otherwise, there would have already been a post about it here. It'll reappear again. VIN # ZFFXD21A2G0062145 . 2cam
Maybe. Was a weird situation. The guy who posted it didn't reveal he wasnt the seller til I talked for a few days. On the fence since I am trying to prep my house to sell so a 17 hour car trip was not ideal. I got a hold of the real owners number and left a message, but it said sold later that afternoon.
