Looks like it sold for $57,000 Didn't read the comments, forgot about the auction until just now... with my limited surfing of BAT, sometimes they talk a car up, sometimes they talk a car down... I guess it depends on who's watching at that specific time.

Anyone know anything about this car? It looks cosmetically rough. https://www.ebay.com/itm/235376202466?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=lzqqha32s8c&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=0JXbfCNkQ5i&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
That is a good photographer. Side note, were antennas on the rear fender a normal thing for a mondial t? Thought they got phased out sometime in the mid-80s.

Please feel free to comment on the listing and happy bidding! Here is one of my favorite picture of that photoshoot:
It's a good photo, I'll grant you that, but if you had gotten the horse to stand up on its back legs, it would have been a great photo! Beautiful car. Good luck with the sale!

Truly a heartfelt and wonderful post! I have reason to be rather stoked about the sale price of your car as I just purchased a super clean and very freshened up '88 3.2. Great to see you are happy with the results on such a beautiful car and you know its going to its next enthusiastic caretaker! Maybe we can meet up one of these days soon.
Congrats Peter! Can’t wait to see some pics. Mondial’s must be the most underrated F cars. You will enjoy it
So are the top condition Mondial's going to start a rinse and repeat of what the 308's started 5 years ago?
Actually shows sold as of today (2/20) under "best offer", no disclosure of price that I can see on fleabay
And they're off! https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1989-ferrari-mondial-t-cabriolet-20/ I know the seller. ;-)
Another one popped up for auction today. A light blue QV Cab with a replacement engine. Having 3 Mondials on BaT at the same time is pretty unusual.
Did not meet reserve! Hey -- could someone please explain what the "Mondial starter relay relocation / reconfiguration" process is about? Steve Arena did this for me 15 or 16 years ago and I have since forgotten exactly what pieces of the puzzle move around.
