Yes, the blue one shows very well. Repaint? However, at that price I'd expect some professional type repairs. Notice the burned W connector on the fuse box plus the extra and/or non-standard wiring (bypass wire for the hood solenoid?) . Image Unavailable, Please Login
I sold it late last year for $22.5 after I had it on the local market (CL) for a good long time. The buyer turned out to be a flipper who did a belt service, took some nice photos, and then sold it on ebay for $32 if memory serves (I was amazed) and it appears the sale stuck as it did not relist. The engine was low miles (Dennis McCann rebuild as the engine was out when I bought it) but the body albeit straight was an older repaint on top of welded rust repairs to doors, sills and one or two other spots; and the interior was getting tired .. headliner sagging, seat stitching starting to go on driver's side, vinyl starting to shrink, center console leather shrunk. Tyres were antique possibly original.
Barret Jackson Palm Beach 2016 1986 Mondial QV 26K Miles Sold for $50,000 News Story "Some other impressive figures on more common cars included a 1986 Ferrari Mondial convertible which sold for $49,500"
I first saw this car on FL craigslist at least a year ago. Asking price at that time was $18k IIRC. In the add description the damage was vandalism by an (ex) wife or girlfriend.
Seems like angry hand holding a hammer. Try to find a 3.4 fender.. virtual impossible, but this can be restyled with a repaint. This damage is really no issue.
That is a repaint at least the right side. Personally I would not except such a finish.. I like the combo as it is very unique one, but I wonder what happened to the headrest. Nice, but not for 44k.

Guys, I was contacted by a party in the UK regarding my 83 Quattro. Can a US spec 1983 Mondial be imported/sold/registered in the UK?
I know of no problem with importing a US QV into the UK, there are loads of US cars in the UK, Chargers, Mustangs, Vets, Camero's, chevy's, Firebirds loads of others as well, I am talking here of the old and new versions. None of these worry UK emission regulations so a QV would be just another QV.
I saw a photo of it on the bostoncraigslist website with a sold tag across it I don't have any other info.
We have seen this white Mondial T passing by on pictures. It's now for sale. Ferrari Mondial-T Cabrio 3.4 "Wertanlage" | eBay Image Unavailable, Please Login
