Working on my income taxes right now, so I'm sympathetic to anyone trying to reduce their fiscal contribution that governments demand of us in order to satiate their out of control spending. T
My money laundering is usually some random bill I forgot and left in my jeans pocket, and then got washed. Better than when I leave a Kleenex in the pocket, and there is white sh*t everywhere in the dryer. Get in some trouble with the wife over that.
LOL! Kleenex and laundering has been a reoccurring issue with me too. Being vigilant with the lint net fixes that .
I had a room mate in college who used to launder his money, literally! Never caught him ironing it though. Strange dude!…T
Alonso is Spanish. Spain only taxes income earned inside Spain. Alonso probably lives in a tax haven like Monaco. He probably stashes his cash in Switzerland to keep it hidden from creditors and shaky Spanish banks, not to avoid tax. There is nothing illegal about this setup. This is unlike Americans who are subject to taxes on their worldwide income and who hide money in Switzerland to hide income from the IRS. Once found out they get to go to jail and Alonso just gets to shrug his shoulders and smile. A'int this country great?
It applies to most countries in the world. They only tax income earned within their borders. If you put your cash in Swizerland which does not tax interest, dividends and gain muc, the live in a tax haven like Monaco, you pay not tax on that income. That is why Nico Rosberg grew up in Monaco. His dad didn't want to pay German tax on his interest and dividends or his endorsement income. He still has to pay tax on some of his salary attributed to racing in each country and purse revenue if he gets it so it's not a total dodge but much better than US racers who pat tax on all of it to Uncle Obama.
