I have a 599GTB with Pentastar wheels and have just purchased the Challenge style monolithic because of looks. My question is since the Pentastar is 20" rear and 19" front, will I experience any difference in the ride and handling since the monolithics are 20" all around?

You will need to use a lower profile tire so you have a similar rolling radius. Since the setup is probably a little heavier there would, theoretically, be some difference in handling but you shouldn't notice. The ride should be a little harsher since the 20's have lower profile tires.
