I just happened to watch last week's and this week's episodes of Monster Garage on Discovery and was totally turned off by what I saw: - First they turned a perfectly fine Miata into a "jetski". The thing doesn't work properly and instead of fixing it, they just burn the car. - This week they use a Rolls Royce, take out the rear seats and put in waste collection tanks, repaint the car and start collecting sewage in Beverly Hills. I couldn't believe what I saw. I was so ticked off for two reasons: - They destroy perfectly fine cars - They waste all these man hours of talented car builders by doing such an utterly idiotic project. Imagine if these guys would put their talent and hours towards rebuilding a worn down racecar or even build something crazy, but fun like a hot rod? Maybe I'm just getting old, but I didn't understand the waste of resources of this show. Obviously younger folks like it.
