Broad Arrow looks extremely promising, excellent personnel. Meanwhile RM Sotheby's will announce a few bombshell consignments.

I'll be very interested to see what RM has at Monterey from the Oscar Davis estate. What a great collection he put together.

I'm thinking this year will be epic. As in a major high water mark.

yes it will be very interesting to see what the 2.9 and 450S do, especially the 450S. Can’t remember the last time a “real” one crossed a block. There was the Costin Coupe at one of the first Maranello auctions in the early 2000s. There was the incorrect body on the #3501 prototype no sale at Monaco in 2014.

Broad Arrow Group announced the "Halo Collection" for their inaugural auction at the Monterey Jet Center.
Included is a very low mileage red La Ferrari, a white 812 Superfast, a 488 Pista Spider in Azzurro California, etc.

RM Sotheby's will auction some very significant racing Ferrari.

I know there is money in modern exotica and that is where much of the market is but I hope that Broad Arrow do not simply offer a collection of hypercars with delivery mileage. I mean we have seen Duesenbergs and other pre and post war collectables hit record levels this year so here's hoping for an interesting selection of classics. And its almost a shame that neither the 450S nor the Alfa Romeo 8C2900B will be on offer at RM Monterey!

Agree, while there were enough 2.9s produced and a number have changed hands to establish an estimation of its value. Not so much with the 450S, only 11 were built (counting the muletto) 8 survive. None have changed hands publicly in a very long time, it would have undoubtedly set a record for the highest priced Maserati ever sold at auction.

    410 Sport perhaps?

I think that number is pretty optimistic. It could happen.
