Flaunt the rules but respect the tradition.

The unreconciled dynamic that drives F1.

Todt seems to be going out of his way not to help Ferrari, lol. I guess he really loves his job. Fred can only do so much. Think about it, not only is the RB faster, so is Lotus and Merc. What else can he really do? 2012 was about the best driving I've ever seen him do and he walked away with nothing. If the car would have only been slightly better than it was, he should have won. Ferrari has to hold up their end of the deal and they haven't thus far. For all the rumors of RB having a flexing nose, wings, TC and Lord only knows what else I don't see them getting checked out too much. Could it be that the FIA (Ferrari International Assistance) is dead? Left to thier own devices, I think the team is too disorganized to build that better mouse trap. Seb would be crazy to have Fred as a teammate. It would be great to see but ultimately a disaster.

Steve, in the states we are all on "dude" terms...;)

LOL no worries mate, yes I go along with what you said and for sure FIAssistance has been withdrawn, personally of that I'am glad.

Maybe I'am being naive but I would hate to think any team is getting away with stuff or being helped along, for example, RB's flexi front wings did get tested a good few times last year, and they kept getting passed, possibly due to points where they were being tested, so yet again Newey one step ahead one clever sod.

I have a feeling the teams themselves are the best at checking each other out, and are quick to report anything they think maybe suspect, whilst they meanwhile busy themselves copying it.

Fred IMO is one of the best, great feedback and a fast consistent driver, the driver is not the problem the car is, he does a excellent job with the tools he has available, still think how Mclaren are feeling right now, funny though I passed there factory in Woking today, I thought to myself should I pop in and give them my condolences on this seasons efforts..;)

    Lovely place though.

And yes as much as it would be good to see, it would be a total recipe for disaster Vet and Fred as team mates..;) agreed.
