I wonder what happened to Alonso? Anybody know?

 

I'm not sure why but, I'm getting the feeling we may get treated to a nice surprise this race.

 

They better get a move on, their 2.5 seconds off pace with MS

MS looked pathetic in the second practice he even was shown the blue flag when Zonta was on his butt at the chicane before the hairpin straight.

 

Just got back from the track...DAMN it's hot out there!!!

Schumy looked promising during morning practice. It was obvious that during the afternoon session, he was struggling.

Let's see what tommorrow brings.

 

we can only hope they do better tomorrow.......i'd hate to see another disappointing qualifying and race result. Hopefully they have something up their sleeve.

 

Managed to speak to some of our boys in red... things are looking very optimistic

What happened to Speed in Practice 2? When I got a chance to check the live timing that I had minimized on my screen at work, he showed STOP and then he shows at the bottom for P2 results. Sure hope that the red cars do better than they did today. First practice session write up said something about MS narrowly missing the wall? I hate to say it but it think it's gonna be another KR - FA duel.

Hope tomorrow is a better day. Probably miss tomorrow live stuff and have to catch up on the computer or a later re-broadcast. Have a charity bike (as in pedal kind) tour thru rolling hills and ranch/farmland tomorrow morning! Gonna need an ample supply of Gatorade with the heat we've been having. Perhaps I should wear my red Ferrari racing jersey in support of our guys?!?

He was stuck for a minute before he was able to rejoin the track.

Who did you speak to exactly?

 

1992.... I must admit 1992... I had many doubts that year!

 

This is very similar to last year. The practice times were not too positive but Michael started from sixth and finished first.

It is all about the race pace here. Hard to judge from practice and one lap lottery style qualifying.

 

I had the pleasure of speaking to an analyst with Scuderia and couple of engineers from Bridgestone.

Michael's times from the 2nd practice are not too good because he went out early and clearly Rubens who went out later in the session performed better. I heard Rubens is having some issues with the brakes in his car but it is nothing trivial.

Tomorrow should be another good day.

 

Put down the Crack pipe!!!!! I saw MS today and he looked like crap out on the track. when a 7 time world champ gets a blue flag to let Zonta by. Things are not looking good.

 

You continue to have an interest in paraphernalia related to illegal substances and narcotics. Must be something about your past.

Anyway, the blue flag came at a time when Michael was not really pushing the car and Zonta was fairly low fueled. We all know that Friday practice sessions have 3rd car drivers who are on a different faster setup to push the car to its limits.

I know we should not look at practice to make a judgement. But reading what MS and RB had to say...not looking good.
