So who's going?
June 10-12.

We're looking to drive up again this year.
Haven't gotten a hotel or tickets yet.

 

I'm in.
Had a fantastic time last year.

 

The usual suspects and I are going again this year. Same seats in 24. May have an extra seat if someone needs a ticket.

 

Hey guys, ex-New Yorker here (moved to Dallas a year ago after 10 in the city). Thinking of shipping car up to NY and driving up to the GP. When would you normally do it? Up Friday, back Sunday? Thx

 

I'm going to try and go this year with my gf if I can swing the money

 

Up either Thurs or Fri, back Sun right after the race is the way we've done it in the past

 

where are you guys getting tickets from? And where are some decent places to sit?

 

Last year I bought my tickets off of the tracks website. Not going this year though.

I'm definitely going. Has anyone ever done the Ferrari hospitality package? Pricey, but I'm considering it this year.

 

Wanted to post it here and give first chance for someone local to get. I have two great seats for sale that I will not be using this year. They are in grandstand 21 (entering the hairpin) and I am 99% sure they are TOP ROW! (no one behind you and you can stand or sit the whole time). Story is, I have been going for 10 years and have always had the same 4 seats in the top row, Last year, every other friend was upset because I didnt have enough tickets so I asked for two additional seats this year. They gave them to me and they are 4 numbers down from my regular seats. Now this year comes and half the guys cant make it :-(

So they are for all three days and you can have them for the ticket price of $430 each.

Just pm me if you are interested. Like I said, Ive gone for 10 years and I will never give up my great seats and now that I have first right to these, I will prob re order again next year. Grandstand 21 is a great location and close to the metro also.

I'm driving up Friday morning and returning Monday morning. We are meeting friends up there.

 

Am bummed I am missing it this year for the first time in almost 10 years

What I did last year was drive up Thursday afternoon and stay at an inexpensive hotel just before the Canadian border so that I could leave early Friday morning to my hotel in Montreal without having to drive 6 hours through the night to be able to make it to Friday practice.

 

So no one is driving up tomorrow?
