The lower mode of the new engine is said to gain a 10-12 hp increase for the new one in the Ferrari vs old. Despite with the lower power mode of the new one for reliability it's still gaining power. They also said plenty more hp to be gained once reliability is sorted. Not really bad news if that's the case of the hp increase.
