I've hired a professional hardscape company to do a professional attempt at removing the staining and then, if needed, to refinish the walkway. That will be out of my pocket since I can't get the neighbor any more caught up in the and I just need to get them taken care of. I’m actually amazed at your effort to be a good neighbor and remedy this situation. I have some California neighbors that are continuously tearing up my property with their tractor, removing fencing along the road access that I GRANTED THEM . As if daring me to do something about it. Hats off to you sir, for just being a good human being.
