Is Vinaccia metallic or uni? Looks non-metallic in most lighting conditions but in these photos not so much...

Vinaccia 390 is a non-metallic classic Anni 50-60 paint color. It was I think reintroduced by Ferrari back in 2007 as part of the Anni 50-60 paint color series.

Ferrari confirmed today that you will be able to buy a kit for US Monzas that will comply with the Show and Display regulations and legalize it to be driven up to 2500 miles per year. The kit will be ready by the end of 2022 and must be installed by a Ferrari dealer.

What is the kit comprised of? Hopefully not some aesthetically-invasive US DOT junk...

Great news for US buyers and good for SP1/2 values. I bet many collectors in the US who turned down the car will be regretting the choice, especially given that a new Icona is coming and SP1/2 ownership will be a pre-requisite.

Mr. Massini can you please share any additional information of what the kit will include? Will there be any change to the windshield? Thank you.

Looks like a dark green with a grey stripe. Maybe English Green but it looks darker than that paint color typically shows...

On this Tailor Made #FerrariMonzaSP1, yellow dominates the external volumes with the finish in Glossy Ardila Amarillo with a stunning livery in Sanusilver. Taking a look inside, the upholstery in Heritage Testa di Moro leather with comb stitching in yellow thread homages a more classic style, enhanced also by the fin in Glossy Ardila Amarillo with Italian tricolour in Verde Bandiera, Bianco Avus and Rosso 70 Anni.

Moral of the story: Just buy a numbered Ferrari when Ferrari offers it to you!

Perhaps it depends on the numbers made and the starting price… However a Monza that can be driven in the US, looks better than anything made by Ferrari in the last 30 years, is a V12 NA, no batteries, supercapacitors etc and is truly rare (perhaps just over 300SP2 and just under 200 SP1) is a pretty desirable thing to own…not surprised the car being offered by a Ferrari dealer in the US is listed for 3.5m
