Mopar Mechanic recomendation in South TX

If you know and could recommend a Mopar shop in either Austin, SanAntonio or Houston, please let me know. I am looking at an engine swap from a 440 to a crate 6.1 , and from a 3 speed auto to a 5 speed stick. The car is a 1970 Charger 500. so, this is not something for the corner garage. The shop must have lots of experience doing this type of work, or typically building modified Pro street cars. If you know a shop which fits this profile, please let me know. many thanks.
