    Actually I just read where Sauber might let him go to Ferrari for a pledge of engines in 2010.
    That would enhance the team's value even more.

    But how much more? I read that too but my first reaction was that engine deals seem to be in abundance these days...is a Ferrari engine deal worth giving up your #1 driver? I know these things ebb and flow, but it seems that Merc is the in demand engine supplier at the moment and they are happy to do a deal with whomever.

    But how many teams can Mercedes supply?
    More importantly how attractive would it be for BMW to see a Mercedes engine in their old car? If the team were to go on to a successful season people would blame the BMW motor for the lack of results in 09.
