It's an exotic effect called "warming up an F430 during sunrise on a cold New York morning". The F430 looked ghostly. It's not an effect. Just frost, I'm sure that poor Ferrari never expected to encounter it.
Wandered around Yorkville (Toronto's Rodeo Drive) on Saturday with my camera and tripod doing some dusk/night photography. Saw this in the parking garage... tripod came in handy... long exposure.
