More (minor) updates to the trusty 348

Unfortunately, Singapore doesn't have the same abundance of land as the mid-west. When I moved from Philadelphia to Singapore, I told my friends that I went to a house that's half in size for twice the price. Sadly, I wasn't completely joking!

Think New York City prices for land and housing and you'll be close.

 

Tell wifey that that's XC90's for her and the 348's for you. If she wants the 996TT, then she's gotta sell the Moosewagon. (er - does this mean she'll no longer welcome me at your pad?)

Well if you do let the 348 go, I got first dibs on your know what stuff.

 

Please let me know how to get these light covers. I need a new set of lights, and at those prices, want to wait until I can find these covers to protect the new ones.

Did you find that the stop tech brakes were a good value? Did you do the fronts only or the front and rear?

 

That is a beautiful car. I love yellow. Do the strakes just come out? How? Do you have to paint after removing them? I used to hate the strakes until I got my car. Now I'm torn. Maybe do just one side. Strakes on one side, none on the other. The guys at Fiske used to display their wheels that way. One set of wheels on one side, a completely different set on the other side. I should go read my Sunday paper now, before I come up with more stupid and expensive ideas. Once again, that is one beautiful car.
