Single overhead cam so not 365 GTB/4. Four engine mounting points indicate maybe 250 or early 330?

Maybe a repost but if so I cannot find any further information. It should be #002C in Motto bodied form either 1950 or 51 but what race and with who?

Front and back scans of an original photo taken off the wall, and given to my father by John Perona, owner of El Morocco in 1950. It is the celebration of Nuvolari's 1936 Vanderbilt Cup win. I am not sure who the photographer was, but maybe someone out there does? Cheers

Wasn´t it 1952? 1951 was only for motorbikes according to my information...
