Suddenly all these worldfamous motorsport photographers and archives have released their photos for use on fchat.......... Bernard Cahier, David Phibbs, Rainer Schlegelmilch, Louis Klemantaski, LAT/Steven Tee, Corrado Millanta, etc. Marcel Massini
Yes, On Fchat.. but also on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn etc... etc.... The worst thing is to take a screenshot and post it on Thread. All this to boost his "post credit" Anyway.
“At best, a breach of copyright by using someone else’s image without their permission will result in a request that you credit the original creator, or take the image down” it sometimes helps to put “photo collection <your name>” on the photos (if you don’t know the photographer)
To M Massini and his right-hand man. What aggression... You should relax... Do some sports, it changes everything. Stop pretending to be tough guy; if you look at the previous pages, the photos are properly illustrated. Now In one minute on internet: Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
the same with me I have tons of old pictures on my computer I don´t post them 90% from the pics I post here are done by myself
Just because many others do it, doesn't mean it's right and good. It's just a shame that people no longer have any respect for other people's property. We have been thru this a million times already. Marcel Massini
I think if the photograph comes with a copyright and a description, the author can be proud of it. It is not reserved only for local authorities, auction houses, book writers, etc., for their prominence and their business. If you look at the 'Ferrari sports car thread' section, there are plenty of pictures with no copyright at all... NONE! After all, feel free to see in other parts. I repeat AGAIN my pictures in this thread are coming with copyright and mentions
Again, check the previous pages my pictures are coming with respective COPYRIGHTS AND MENTIONS. And yes I m an admirators of these photographers!

Except that you still do not own the copyrights and most probably haven't compensated the owners......... Marcel Massini
You know, I bought a large collection of pictures during Retromobile in the 80/90... Now I can say "Christian collection" or better says "Christian archives" ... In other side, You have 221 pages without NO copyright in "Ferrari Sport Cars thread" 221 pages!! My friend Cyril Teste says correctly in his first post: no hypocrisy with the copyright. I remember that you participate yourself and you see nothing.... What about yourself? The report. Do you ask for each customer the authorization to put their name, address, prices, seller contact, intermediate etc..on you report? No. I m sur, most of them prefer to have a total anonima.
Cost me 2 francs aux puces... (small market in Paris). I did a large plan hope you can see black points. Now it s Peter Collins 56/57 italy ©Autor. I can t help you... Image Unavailable, Please Login
Very nice and also very respectful of all the research that went into the "Ferrari Sport Cars" thread and all its contributors. I prefer to stop everything. Thank you to everyone who participated.
I integrate the last line on your selection Cyril. Your decision Cyril, I respect You and your work. I only want to put the finger where others thread works with a total impunity.
Harry was my client and occasional carousing partner* when he practiced medicine in Ft Lauderdale. *For the record I could never keep up with him….
