and if you fly out of philly intl airport, they come pretty close to NJ, but they go over delaware when going south. and north they go over PA. and if you go to europe, i think they fly up reallllllllllly high to go over NJ, but they might just go south and around NJ

 

I drove 85 all the way through Jersey today. Gotta give it to them, smooth open roads.

Do you have enough equity in your home to combine both loans and still be under 80% of loan-to-value? If you do, combine them and roll the closing costs into the loan.(2nd loans are always at a substantially higher rate...and make sure you don't have a pre-payment penalty) You can still do interest only, if you really want to cut your payments down you could do whats called a 'minimum payment' loan where you can set an extremely low 'minimum payment'. Be careful with these though because if you only make the minimum payments, you will have negative amortization which means your loan amount will go up, not down, over time. It would give you that lower payment though and more flexibility.

 

If you've enough equity to bone one solid slut at 80%, then that's the thing to do.

If you keep boning your first woman, and then take on a second slut on the side, then you'll just end up payin for it down the road!
