F1 today is a 'sport' like no other.

NONE of those clowns that run it 'get it', because the problem is, they don't HAVE to 'get it'. They are kinda like that family that runs stock car racing here - our way or the highway - your choice.

I wouldn't be surprised if he gets his way, though...
I keep on wandering what's the incentive for a motor manufacturer to be involved in F1. Look at Honda, this afternoon, both cars failed to finish; so they are in big trouble, having spend all that money for such poor result.
Still, Max Mosley think that as a consolation, Honda should subsidise a private team that may finish ahed of it.
If you can't afford to be in F1, why not chose a less expensive series?

F1 should start using donkey carts... that would cut costs... then there would be no engine development and the only real costs would be food and shelter for the donkeys.

The rich teams would have to fund other poor teams by providing them with free donkey food.

I wonder where Mosely would fit in... a donkey or food for the donkeys!?

This has got to be one of the stupidest ideas yet. How about Max and Bernie stop hoarding all the money and use that to redistribute??? All Max and Bernie want is for everyone else to pay for everything while they take all the profit, it won't and can't work like that for long. Teams will just start leaving, which I hope they do. I rather see everyone leave almost on top than have the series fall down to a spec-series and die off.

P.S. I didn't see Ferrari mentioned in the five manufacturers (BMW, MB, Toyota, Honda, Renault). Even though they're not in the GPMA, it makes it unfair if the other manufs have to pay with Ferrari not...Looks like he wants the rules for Ferrari to win again.

Ok, let's mandate 350 cubes, SOHC's, 750 cfm carbs, and for the really fast circuits like Monza, let's implement a thing called a restrictor plate.

That ought to do the trick........
