Fantastic race,... Unbelievable finish. Not often you see shock on the faces of the winner's crew!!!
Unbelievable first corner too! (I felt so sorry for Rossi especially as he wanted to have a good race as a tribute to Marco ). I bet Ben Spies still can't figure out how he crossed the line second! (how close can you make it! ).
Awesome race! Rossi seems to have become a crash magnet as of late. I was so hoping to see what he could do in the closing races of the season. What a sick battle between 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, especially between Pedrosa and Dovi. Loved watching them exchange positions over and over. For Spies to stay right there with them, and then suddenly pass and make his way up to Stoner was incredible. And then the aforementioned finish - spectacular! I was so hoping Spies would have pulled it off. Now the gap until the beginning of next season. I can't wait!
I thought Spies missed a gear or something, but he said in the BBC post race interview that Stoner just took a little more risk! Unbelievable. Thrilling end of the season race is right!
I got some good shot will post on Thursday. Had a nice conversation with Burgess today. Next season is going to be interesting. Art
