Motor Trend Review of Alfa Romeo 8C

About the only interesting thing in that article is the first paragraph when he is describing the racetrack.

 

So what are two pictures of Brera's doing in this article? I just wish they offered the Maser V8 in that.
Looking at that engine compartment I can see that they did quite a lot to make it look different from the Maserati V8.
Why waste money on that? Stick in a lightened Brera with only a slightly camouflaged engine and sell it here for 65K$.
Call it a Maserati if you must who cares? e all know what is going on anyway.

The Brera is better looking IMHO anyway. I only like the 8C from the front as the rear reminds me of an old Opel GT.

 

I agree. And for that kind of money, I would be concerned about depreciation like with the Masers. If I had it, I'd much rather spend that money on an "old" F430 design.
