    Okay I reformated my computer yesterday and re-installed most of my stuff. Now when I go on any program/internet it seems when I scroll using the wheel it goes extremly slow and lags and is VERY choppy. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

    Go to "Start" at the lower left of your desk top, then "Control Panel" then something like "Printers and other Hardware" and your mouse resets will be there.
