Movin' on up....360 to an F12

After having my Modena since 2014, I am looking to add to the stable. Don't get me wrong, I love my 360 and I am considering keeping it around but the GT aspect and the V12 of the F12 are calling my name.

Having just completed the belt service on my 360, I have hit the "major" known expense of these cars....clutch change out is a few years away. I'm looking at older F12's with higher than normal mileage with a price point around 200-250k, simply because I drive them. What kind of problems, routine or otherwise am I going to run into?

Granted, I did a search but didn't really find anything, partly because its still 0' dark thirty and my mind isn't functioning great or it may be simply because the F12 is newer vs the now almost 20 year design of the 360/430s.

Thanks in advance and if anyone has any leads, shoot them my way. Haven't really looked into must haves yet except darker red w/ cuoio would be preferred. Any other must have's, from your experience, let me know.
