    Hello ! I plan to move to europe and was wondering what would you
    recommend Italy or Spain?

    Being Spanish I would recomnd you Spain. But it really depends on what do you like, and where in those countries you were thinking to move to, your proffesion, possibly age ;) etc...

    Both are possibly the most relaxed countries in Europe to live, with an edge in Spain in my opinion.

    If you provide us in this forum with more info we might be able to help you to decide ;)

    Tough choice but it would be Italy if it was me.
    Why??

    Both are relax countries
    Both have a nice language
    Both have great food
    Both have nice weather
    Both have good wines
    Both have VERY nice women

    But Italy has Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati.
    Spain has Seat.

    That's why!!!! :D

    would it be hard for me to find employment in Italy or Spain?
    speak both english and spanish, no ilatian even dow I have a little
    bit of italian ?
