Moving to Lafayette

Hey guys.. I am moving to Lafayette. I did live in walnut creek at my mom's place but then i moved out to oakley for a bit where i am now cause my buddy offered me free rent in his new place he just bought and i have two walnut creek rental properties so i was cool with that.. well now i want a house to live in so i bought one in lafayette.. i close late this month (if on schedual..) I am really excited because I have so many plans for this house. Its very very exciting. My onramp to 24/680 is totatly awesome too!! haha..

Congrats, Lafayette is a beautiful place. I live in Moraga which is 2 miles away. What street is your new house located?

Its on nogales. Its a start in Lafayette lol. I have lots and lots of plans for the house. First the kitchen, then the bathrooms, then all the windows (hopefully can fit in with bathrooms) then all the landscaping.. it'll be awesome when i'm done with it. Got a good deal on it too ;-). i'll have pics soon enough but most def. when i'm done with it
oh and lots and lots and lots and lots of parking for cars!!! =-) i'm excited about moving out there.. i love the area

and i love the onramp cause its a banked circle lol.. i love things like that..

Thanks guys.. We'll be closing escrow soon.. I've already started out my budget on what to do first.. i think i'm going to start with the main floor/hallway and redo that to hardwood along with redoing the kitchen.. everything else will come later.. will def. do before and after pics..
