    Welcome suggestions on areas to live, maybe rent to scope out building. I’m not familiar at all with the area. We’re willing to live 30 minutes outside city. All tips will be greatly appreciated!

    was up for the GP. drove around belle meade. like 2 houses for sale in the 1-2 price range.

    are there any good public school areas?

    Houses for sale at inflated prices. Nashville real estate is crazy right now.

    No good public schools in Davidson Co. Need to go to surrounding counties if you want a decent public school. Do your research.

    Thank you. Looking for homes within 30-45 minutes of Nashville, possibly setting up retail shop in high end area with foot traffic. I realize we should rent for a while to learn area, just want a head start.

    Take a look at Clarksville. On the outer edge of your 45 minutes, but I-24 goes right by.

    If that's too far, on a recent trip I stopped for lunch in a place called Pleasant View which is about midway between Clarksville and Nashville. I didn't see much of it but it looked quite, well, pleasant.
