    BULL5HIT they won't do, I ordered online, 1FSTBICH and they actually sent me the registration and I never got the plate, then then sent me a letter saying that due to its offensive nature they declined to produce the plate, well they then sent me another registration and refused to refund my money because they actually made the plate and then detroyed it before it was sent out!

    Nice state we live in.... :)
