There was a thread, but I don't remember which section it was in. Ron Dennis has a black/silver jet, but not sure what it is now since their F1 cars have changed colors. Ralf has a small Citation iirc. I remember him piloting it as well. He had a pink shirt on from the pic if it's the one I'm thinking of. There was a pic of the Renault jet, too. Edit: And the BMW Gulfstream GV. http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/2673/ftg4.jpg See the tail number? 13 M W. Nifty.
1.) Ron Dennis (Challenger 604) 2.) Flavio (Challenger 601) 3.) Rubinho (Embraer Legacy) 4.) Bernie (Boeing BBJ2) Ralf flies a Raytheon 390 Premier I. Coulthard formerly owned a LearJet 35A (fortunately he's still around). Mark Webber owns a 525 CitationJet. Those are insane! Owning and operating a jet is just a whole other league of wealth. You gotta have stupid money for that. Having said that, the one pic of the BMW jet with Mark Webber's initials............I have to believe that is a team jet, not his own. I can't imagine he's earned enough money to be able to have a personal jet.
Yep...so does having one of those huge Ford trucks with a 40" lift driving on the streets, or a big hummer with lots of bling... maximum gayness
Hmmmm, I thought Ferrari and it's drivers all used Piaggio Aero exclusively. Piero IS a managing owner of Piaggio Aero IIRC. http://www.piaggioaero.com/en/ferrari/index.php Dave
Piero and Luca used MS also have another Dassault Falcon 2000 and one Canadair CL-600 Challanger Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
the big Antonov An-24 is used by ferrari for the F1 crew for the races in Europe and Ferrari have tow of them
No. The Challenger 601 (VP CMC) was sold for a Dassault Falcon 2000 (VP CGM). That aircraft was since sold for an upgraded Falcon 2000EX (HB JEG). As for the Antonov, it's now used by Balkan Airlines for cargo flights out of Bulgaria.
Interesting that the Challenger and Falcon were registered out of the Cayman Islands and the newest one is in Switzerland. The planes that are suppose to be Webber's and Bernie's, carry US registration. Taxation. Carol
If you're referring to the BMW plane picture I posted, it's the BMW corporate jet, not Mark Webber's. The tail number 13 M W stands for B M W.
