Hope to see you. We have a wedding to attend in Ft. Worth Saturday night, so I'll be there until after lunch.

If you're in the Turbo Miata, I’ll try to keep you in sight! Do you already have a GT3 kill silhouette?

    I'm definitely racing the 355C @ TWS w/NASA August 20.

We're going to Ft. Worth this wknd, and I thought about bringing the Challenge to MSR, but I think I'm going to just drive the GT3 up.

I just talked with the Pirelli guru yesterday, I'll pm details.

OK, I give up - I probably should know, but MSM is ? MazdaSpeed Miata? If so, my little "Speedworks" shop is doing the work and it is a neat little car. I have not driven it - I never do without serious and clear permission from the owner. Otherwise, the Noble we have right now would be toast.

Texas summers are hard on track cars - I doubt the MSM could cope with big boost and adequately cool, what with an A/C condenser and power steering adding to the cooling burden. We shall see how much boost it can continuously run; hopefull 10 psi or so. At 12 psi my SM Turbo race car is marginal on cooling, and it has big radiator, oil cooler and extra ducting.

Running clockwise was a hoot - we don't get to do it enough. I absolutely destroyed several tires with "heroic" late braking attempts.

Is there a schedule out for when they will be running clockwise?

Yep, that's his. He told me brakes, intercooler, and seats are going on this week. I'm going out there this Sunday w/ him to pick it up, but probably won't run it on the track. I'm gonna test drive his new CTS-V instead. :D

Anyway, he mentioned that you had taken a liking to it so I figured you had some seat time in it.

    Michael.
