    I have all of my exhaust bolted back up. But noticed the muffler is slightly lower on the driver side than the passenger.

    Once I hook up the spring hangers it will even out I'm sure, but I wanted to make sure that this was ok/normal for it to be slightly lower.

    Tried to take a picture for illustration purposes.

    I would suggest you not tighten the muffler to header joints until you have the spring hangers in place and have adjusted the muffler to hang level. Once that is done, then tighten the pipe joints, and if required, tweak the spring hanger adjustment to get the muffler level.
