Can I install my Tubi muffler without removing the bumper on my 348 tb? Yesterday when I washed car for first time waster poured in through the tops of the windows. Is there an adjustment to make them press tighter to the seal or are they not going up all the way? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ahh I'm not sure sorry, I swapped a custom aftermarket exhaust out for the Tubi, I have dummy fitted my stock 2 piece muffler and from memory I slid it up as one unit from underneath. Someone else will confirm that for sure.
Your window doesn't seem to get fully closed. On my car the last 5mm or so slows down quite much and it's easy to mentally mark "ok" while closing them before they are closed. I think there's a bunch of threads about window problems here. There's some links at 348 DIY thread: 348 Do-It-Yourself threads
I think most of those links are dead. Sounds like a mechanical issue rather than an electric one. You can adjust them. https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/looking-for-348-window-alignment-procedure.618399/#post-147093091 You may have a regulator with broken plastic gear teeth https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/348-window-motor-serviceable.590600/#post-146355312 Clean and lubricate anything that moves.
Just out of curiosity.... If you leave your doors ajar when putting the windows up do they go up just that little bit higher? My windows have 2 "settings" - how far they go up with the doors closed (normal use) and how far they go up with the doors open - "valet mode" ;-')
