'04 575 new problem with multifunction display: 1. turn key to II... typical amber background light in multifxn display looks slightly different in color... darker ; no "information" displays (ie "check ok", clock, tire pressures, temp etc.)...just blank. 2. holding left button down few seconds will bring background light back on (when it cycles off) but again... no informational readout... can't scroll to anything with right button. car otherwise runs great. any ideas? tia.

update: spoke w fai...est $500 to fix w 2d turn around. put car on trickle charger while waiting to get into shop to have binnacle removed...was going to drop at shop but when started, multifunction gauge now illuminating and working fine go figure.
