Agnelli had ordered his Maserati 5000GT, chassis #008, at the same time as he had ordered #1517SA. Maserati completed the car on 8 Febr. 1960. It was almost completely identical to the Ferrari.
He requested also an electromagnetic clutch.
Interesting is, that Agnelli parted with his Maserati around September/October 1965, three years after he had sold #1517SA.

Saxomat was an interesting concept. My first car had one. Should have kept it!
