Music listened to while in your Ferrari?

I definitely use my radio in my 550 in traffic and on the highway. I've got about 110 CD's on a harddisk JVC Navi unit, what a pleasure. This is the playlist.

Our 550 has an exceptional upgraded stereo system. The amplifier is about 370KW, delivering sound in 12 channels, through speakers from Hyperflow and Quicksilver.
The tune was set by the factory, and never dissapoints.

There's also this black plastic thing in the dash that says Sony.. anyone know what that's for???

After a Grand Prix victory, the Triumphal March from Verdi's "Aida" seems appropriate......

 

+1 Puccini arias sung by tenors, especially. Everytime I put on rock, like early Stones or late Eagles, after about ten minutes, I end up turning back to classical CDs. They just seem to meld with the experience more completely. Quite different with my 993 Carrera Targa--that required The Cars and Led Zeppelin.

 

Nothing but the symphonic four-pipe organ at the extreme lower-rear of the car making that imitation of a "phone-book ripping" sound from about 4500 RPM's on up!

 

Okay, not Italian, but how about "Flight of the Valkyries" for a fast, winding drive?

Even after a couple of days, I'm still chuckling about that one.

 

The amazing sound of the Exhaust while going from 1st gear at 6000 rpm's into 2nd when the flaps smack open and shut......It's friggin' amazing!

 

I hardly use the stereo in the car and if I do is mostly to void listening to the crap hip hop, spanish rap, or whatever crappy music that people play loud at stop lights and traffic jams.

 

well lets say that in ferrari u dont need music from radio... For me the engine makes the right music

time I drove a lot of our New and used Cars. I never want to her anything ealse than the Sound of this fantastic engines.

On the road I tend to stop in the Truck Stops and raid the tape cases...no telling what you find...

In my F355 is no Radio. The previous owner did not buy one and I do not miss it at all.

In my daily driver somebody says *Hello, I am Jonny Cash* as well, but sometimes on the Autobahn I listen to *Rammstein*
