More snow! Congratulations and welcome to the "328 club".

This must be the week for 328 deliveries every year--I got mine a year ago this week!

(And someone bought one in West Des Moines, IA several days ago on eBay, right around lunchtime.)

Congrats! I just got my 328 this week also.

I have to admit I am a little jealous. I wanted a car with black interior, but ended up with tan. Well, best of luck.

Congrats to all on their 328s!

Don't fret the tan vs. black. They're all top notch colors, and top resale colors. I would have taken any 328 with red/black on the outside coupled with red/black on the inside!

To my eyes, red/tan is a more "classic" and timeless look, while for some reason red/black draws my attention more to the fact that these cars were very much "80s" cars.

It is great to see so many enthusiastic owners with their new 328s--I really feel strongly that they're tremendous cars!

Been shopping for the right 328 since I sold my Mondial last year. If all goes well, should be inking the deal on a fresh major 24K mile '88 red/saddle within 2 weeks.

And oh by the way 4ZA - my plates are "4ZA 4RE"

Good fun very lovely car to drive and I can tell you that it will give you the rawness go-kart styled.

    Hgfuy,

What state do you live in? I was hoping to get 4ZA 4RE on my plares if is not already taken.

    Jaturon,

Funny you should mention the 328 being "go Kart style" driving. All the way home I was just thinking "this reminds me of my firsy go Kart drive" as I drove along with this huge smile on my face.

Okay, I was going to wait until I take delivery to mention it but I bought another 328 this week as well. It's a 1987 GTS red/tan w/ 16k miles. This will be my 4th one. Isn't that some kind of record? :)

Congrats to ALL you guys who are new owners of what I consider to be the sexiest car ever made.....

Aug - I think four IS a new record..... We'll be looking forward to seeing pics of Giovanna very soon!

I agree with Mike 328 that the tan leather is more classic in nature, but black is cool too (welll, actually it will be as hot as H3LL when the sun beats down on it..... Make sure you condition it often to keep it nice and soft!

I trust all you new owners will have a great week taking the girls out for a ride!

So which of you guys are passing out the cigars? LOL

Do you just trade them when the ashtray fills up? These aren't Bentleys! :D

Congrats to all the new owners, you'll love your cars. I've put almost 25,000 miles on mine in the past 2.5 years and it keeps getting better.

I was actually looking for a red/tan car and had found a beautiful '87 car red/tan with red carpets, but it unfortunately got sold out from under me. This '88.5 red/black car was in such good condition that I couldn't let it go. I am a bit concerned about it getting hot in there when the sun finally comes out...if it ever does again... I'm so fed up with this winter!!! It seems to be going on for ever.

The thing I really like about the red/black is that with the red and black on the outside of the car it doesn't add another color giving it that race bred Ferrari minimalist look.

Anyway I'm a firm believer in buying on condition first and color, mileage etc. after that.

All you other new 328 owners out there... enjoy also...

I'm smiling too. Collected my 1989 328 GTS on Wednesday 30th March.

Red with tan interior. ~46,500km. Magnificent.

First Ferrari for me. You can make your dreams come true.

    Sorry, I've no photos.

After virtually no rain for 6 months the heavens opened that evening. Had a great time still. Did another trip yesterday - in perfect weather - and getting familiar with the car.

I'm Down Under in Perth, Western Australia. We're just heading towards winter but it never gets below freezing; so not too bad.

    Love the forum.

Congrats on #4. You know you can always just get them serviced, no need to trade them off.

Is yours the 16K from Wide World of Cars near NY?

LOL! For me it's usually the opposite. I service them and THEN decide to sell them. Works out for the new owner I guess.

It just may be that very one... ;)
