    I have sent several emails for 355 parts and queries and not one reply at all.

    Unless I am out of town I check my e-mail on a daily basis, I have two unanswered e-mails and both are less than two days old, one is a picture request that I am awaiting pictures on and the other is a product inquiry about Imola Racing Fuel Cooler which I have yet to receive a reply on.

    There is a possibility your e-mails are not going through due to countless variables.
