    Very nice, I can't wait to see pics in the daylight!

    A buddy and I taking a rainy cruise on PCH spotted Ford wrapping up filming a commercial for the GT convertible this weekend. They had two cars, both red and very pristine. Sharp looking 'vert.

    These weren't the pics. I'm sure they were taking pics, but they were actually filming a commercial. There 4 CHP cruisers (that we could see in the immediate area) running interference slowing down traffic like they would on the freeway and slowed us to 5mph a couple miles from the scene. It happened around the area just north of Deer Creek Road on PCH. The weather was lousy, overcast with slight rain to heavy rain at times. It might not even make it to the screen, but would be nice though. :)

    Yes, it's a unique car so it will be very hard to get rid of.... I may have a few mistresses in the garage, but she's my one true love. lol! Thanks!

    Fantastic! I love it....

    I had a 93 LX (pretty well modded) that was the opposite - white with blue striped. When done well, they look great.

    I hope you're enjoying that car. It's a beaut.

    Obsessed w/ the new Mustang! Gorgeous. I can't wait for the Saleen edition to come out, the pics so far look ridiculously good.

    I saw the numbers for the GT 2005 and all I can say is WOW.

    Pardon me if this is a stupid question. Are there superchargers available yet? Or is it too early?

    The white on blue scheme has been my absolute favorite combo since the '65 GT350 onward. And taking the stripes all the way down really gives a "finished" look. I assume you did similar in the rear - striping all the way down the rear valence.

    Now all you need is a blower. Or the SVO 5.4. Or BOTH ;-)

    Thanks Rick! If I want to go really fast.... I'll just hop in my drag car. :D The 05' is my daily driver so I'm trying to take it easy on her. I did get the stripes all the way down in the rear too. :)

    As far as power adders, yes there is a supercharger kit and even twin turbo kit out now. Mods are hitting the market left and right!

    The stripe material and instalation was at a local sign shop, here in Austin. There are ton of sign shops around. ;)

    If you are talking about the one from out of San Sntonio, it was wrecked a while back. I built this one from ground up and just got it painted a few months ago.
