Further they sell a bubble wrap to ensure the complete car is well protected It has 2 little bubble Ferrari shields as well
I saw that in the latest MODIS. BUBL - Bubble Wrap Yellow Shield $6,200 BUBC - Bubble Wrap Carbon Shield $14,600 Must go Extra Campanario for the Fruit Fly shield bubble wrap.
After seeing what Andrew at ExotiCARe did for my front seat passengers, I have placed an order for rear seat passenger floor mats, as well as a trunk floor mat. The trunk will have matching small Cavallinos in the near left and right corners. If I count correctly (not having my actual car here yet to confirm...), that should be a total of 19 horses on or in the California T (considering 4 in my floor and trunk mats). Are there any I am missing?
Here is my California T Cavallino Count checklist: Shields - 2 Wheel hubs - 4 Front grill - 1 Hood - 1 Rear panel - 1 Engine plate - 1 Rev counter - 1 Steering wheel - 1 Front seat headrests - 2 Rear seat top - 1 My floor mats - 2 My trunk mat - 2 actually I missed the California T CarPlay icon - 1 so, 20 cavallinos so far... any more?
That sounds like enough prancing horses Has anyone fully wrapped their Cali/Cali T yet? I'm wondering if the wrap is more noticeable on certain areas of the car (rear) due to bending/seams/etc.? Sounds like the car will be well-protected Dave! Have you considered a nano-coating as well?
Keith, my plan is to go with Suntek, figuring it will be good for several years on most panels, may need to be replaced on some heavy use panels, if at all. The convenience is it can always be removed at any time and have fresh paint. A ways down the road I could look into switching to a specialty coating instead, if it may be better than film at that time. There are some very good products, Rick Lederman has found one, and I have no reason to doubt such treatments and films would not improve over time. I plan to go thru a lot of tires and have this for a long time.
I found more horses when looking at web photo interior shots. Cockpit vent center knobs - 4 That makes 24... Any others?
There's also one on the bottom of the accelerator and for those of us in the US there's one on the 60 years in USA plaque.
Thanks, FelipeNotMassa, the key. Good one. That's 25. Thanks, Keith. Bottom of accelerator and dedication plate. That's 27. Does the paint color sticker on the Cali T have one? Other models do...
I have seen on other FCars the paint sticker has a prancing horse logo, but, alas, without my car (STILL stage 90) I cannot confirm if Cali T paint color sticker has one. Anyone...? Anyone...? Bueller...? Kevin...? John...? Mitchell...?
I'll try to look this evening? Dave, it seems this waiting is driving you batty. Any word on progress?
Today makes 5 weeks at Stage 90. Guidelines say to expect 3, other posts suggest possible backlog at the port with containers and trucks, dealer is trying to get more info. When one tries to sleep, one method is counting sheep, so to pass the time, I guess I've been counting cavallinos...
you get a Ferrari card similar to amex black card for 1 year free, that has one This is incase you forgot you own a Ferrari :0
Mitchell, good point! That's important, because, as I have been counting, when one is in a Ferrari there is precious little indication of what brand of car one is in, thus would be understandable to forget... (Also, does the card have a horse on the front only...just checking...)
