Instead of taking Ambien, we can count Cavalinos to fall asleep :) some people count sheep, we count horsies

Interesting. Could be, the car in NY did not have the aluminum pedals.

    Optional Cavallinos... ...ooooh!

We need it. Could be harder to fall asleep at night when driving a dream all day.

Also we have all determined so far that there are FAR MORE horsies than sheep... ;)

It's hard enough getting to sleep trying to decide on spec. Can't imagine what it's going to be like when I start the staging process and then when it finally arrives. The more cavallinos you can supply me with to count the better ;)

My 12 Month California T Odyssey is moving forward once again.

    Stage 93. :) :)

I'm confident that when enough time passes I will once more be able to look at the number 90 and not cringe...

    But not just yet... ;)

OK, a photo in another thread (How to remove Cali rear seat cushion) has yielded yet another pair of confirmed Cavallinos on the underside of the seat in the plastic. This in case you remove your rear seat cushion and cannot recall which car it goes back into... ;)

Great to hear you're moving on up through the 90's at last. Not long now. By the look of it though you're going to have to methodically dismantle your car once it arrives to do the definitive cavallino count!! Then send back to the factory and start at 10 again

Sorry, I must have blacked out at the mere thought of, at this point, going back to Stage 10...

    Good point.
For example, what if the connecting rods have Cavalino's?
What if the backside of the leather is stamped with a plethora of Cavalino's just like the luggage liner?

How can one be absolutely certain of a complete count without total disassembly?

Of course if I do fully disassemble, get the Cavallino Count, and ship back to the factory for re-assembly, I do have the postal code in a highly visible place... ;)

Perhaps you should change the plate and put your code on. Then you might get it delivered back quicker next time ;)

Too bad I didn't start counting cavallinos just before I took the factory tour in Maranello last April...

...all sorts of cavallinos might have revealed themselves...

...indeed possible a plethora, or even numerous plethorae... ;)

    Sweet agony!

Good news - car is at the dealer. Great news, actually. :) :) :)

Less exciting news - it will be about 8 more days until our garage has a new Italian occupant... :(

...very distracting, I must say... ;)

Keith, you are granted visitation rights if you so desire...

Only a week now then.....how long can 7 days take to pass? 168 hours doesn't sound so long. Approximately 10,000 minutes or 600,000 seconds before you can start to count those horses. :D
