After 3 long years of a seek and rebuild mechanical & electrical project in Holland, she is registered and singing beautifully in Malta . No works on the body and interiors, which are in beautiful condition for her now 53 years of loved existence in Switzerland and Germany.
After an old fashioned hand polishing , a happy retirement awaits her in the warm and dry climate of my Malta.

What a lovely car! I was in Malta as a child visiting the Coca Cola bottler, a big huge man, quite a delightful fellow.
He gave me a lighter shaped as a Coke bottle, and I promptly burned myself. I was 7 or 8 years old. It was confiscated by my mother.

Malta was great, I would love to return :)

I am curious, is it still in the same family's ownership, or was it sold along many bottling venues?

    Regards, Alberto

    Lovely car Marcus.
I hope you won't find my question inappropriate, but having never visited Malta and looking at it on maps, it appears quite a small island, which made me wonder are there many places/roads where something like your C/4 can really "stretch her legs" ?

You will be surprised. Yes there are quite a few good roads where she can stretch her legs. What needs to be done is to avoid rush hours and then it's fine. Speed cameras are more of an issue where one needs to slow down beforehand. But they are far between :).

Thank you. And yes the factory was closed and sold but not long ago. Maybe, some 15 years ago .
