You take the rear window mechanisms out yearly?

If you can ever provide a video, you must have this down to a science, that would be fantastic!

I can either wait for mine to fail, or be proactive and do them on my own timetable.

 

I'll keep that in mind for next year, as I did them about three weeks ago to cover this season. The darn things sound like gravel in a blender when I use them, and since new motors are non existent, I like to be pro-active, lol. I attempted the Volvo transplant that previous posters long ago said worked for them, but never had any luck getting the mechanism to actually fit in the cavity.
