Wow, that looks fantastic! Is that leather? Are those the original challenge shell?

I would love to have racing seats except in leather.

Thanks, Doc. Yes, they are original OMP 348 challenge seats, covered in leather by the upholsterer. They weigh about 15 lbs vs 52 ea. stock seats.

Ooooooh I like em. Your gonna have to bring the ride over to Billybob's so we can check it out. I see you also put the cargo net in.

The trimmer has done a great job with your seats. Im honestly not a fan of that much red in the insert area. But....it looks like a quality job none the less. And as long as your happy, its your car brother! I like the race harness/bar in the back there! :)

I fabbed the harness bar & had a pro welder weld it up. It mounts to the stock seat belt mount. The original mounts for the cover provide some additional support. The cargo net attached and now I can put jackets and stuff up there and not have them blowing in my face at the wrong time. I couldn't believe I found the exact size net at Pep Boys! I promised Noel I wouldn't say the cost-judging from the work he put in, I don't think he wants that job at that price again.
It's really scary to add color to the interior of an already flashy car, but I said what the he77...I've gotta live with it and if it really sucks, I'll put the stock ones back in and sell these of Ebay! Maybe now some flames???? (just kidding...or maybe not)

Looks good Plugzit! How in the heck do you remove the panels to get to the points where you have your harness bar mounted? I have the same setup now so before I start tearing off panels I wanted to get some advice.

I think FBB, you and me need to get together on the track some day. :)

Well reading it again you said it mounts to the stock seat belt mount...do you mean the ones in the middle of the seats or the ones in the (what I call) sail panel area?

They attach in the sail panel area (I like that name). The covers are attached with the same plastic thingies that attach interior panels. Just slide a gasket scraper under the front edge and lift to release them, then move the covers toward the front of the car an inch or so to release the back which is held down by a tab slid under the panel. Thanks for the kind words.
    Let's race!!!
