Oregon Raceway in Grass Valley. It is so new and so far in the middle of nowhere that they have the "watch for rattlesnakes" sign AND we had to drive a ways down a dirt road to get to it!

I am still convinced that when I purchase my 355, I would put the most miles driven on a 355 to date or at least by one owner ; )

definitely willing to, only problem is if I can afford too.

Great Pics, thanks for posting! Just wondering about your impressions of the California is compared to your 355? I know they're different cars for different markets, but I'm interested in impressions of the car in presence of other Fcars, re: size, proportion, etc.

Well, and this is only my opinion, I liked the look of the California with exception of the rear, which I find horribly unattractive...but it didn't seem to me like it should have a Ferrari emblem on it. To be honest, here is the very first thought I had in the parking lot on the drive over when the top was put up: "Oh boy...people say that the 355's top is complicated; I sure as hell wouldn't want to own that in 10 years when that top breaks!" Seriously, that top will eventually stop working...and it ain't gonna be a cheap fix!

Driving next to it for awhile on our 4.5 hour trip was nice. But, as you can see in the pics in my previous post, it is a pretty big car. It looks nice on the inside and very luxurious. It just doesn't seem like a sports car. Idk, my 355 is the only sports car I have ever owned. I just didn't get excited when seeing the Cali up close. I like the F430s....but the Cali just didn't make me drop my jaw in awe. It is a big car that looks very comfortable for long drives--perhaps a less expensive convertible baby-version of the 612???

PS. The rear turn signal lights are ugly as sin when they blink. (LoL) Not many people get to see them in action.

Yes, considering the "mileage depreciation" figures I hear, I'm gonna have to pay somebody to take mine.....I just hope I don't have to pay them much. :)

The only thing I like on the Cali is the steering wheel, wow what were they thinking.

I agree about the rear lights being not so attractive (I hate to use the word ugly when describing a Ferrari :D:D)
