I noticed on my car that when I turn the ignition car runsof normal in all eight cylinders, but the brake pedal is hard, as that there is no servo brake.... Then after about 30 seconds the car starts to run a little more weird, like it would get too much gasoline or somewhere pulling the air ...

anyone know anything before I go to the tester

Check the vacuum line between the intake manifold and the brake booster.
If there is a leak there, it could explain both the hard brake pedal (no vacuum to assist) and poor engine running (unmeasured air in the intake).

Sounds like you have a vacuum issue. There are two check valves fitted to the front of the inlet on the Modena and the rear of the inlet on spiders which are problematic, or you could have an issue with the diaphragm in the booster itself. Either way I'd not drive until you have had the issue addressed as it is potentially dangerous...
