my 360 sometimes dont want,s to start

it a 2002 euro 360 spider f1,after a week o more it starts up perfectly with that strong noise,the same day later it starts up again perfectly,but when she must enter the garage she dont want,s to start,until later when i tried 4 o 5 times and waited some minutes.
the other day in a meeting the same thing happened i tried 5 times o more and after the mechanics started up and it worked they conected their computer to the car and checked it,they said it,s all perfect
i think it,s it,s something with the engine blocking system of the alarm,becose the noise it makes it,s the same.
